Channel Development Manager Recruitment

Job details:

　　1、Familiar with domestic and foreign well-known component original agents and traders. Preferably with original factory docking experience. Responsible for the development and maintenance of suppliers, regular evaluation and update of suppliers;

　　2、Experience in component supplier development and procurement, familiar and proficient in a brand or category is preferred, with the ability to screen and identify quality suppliers. Actively communicate with suppliers to solve related after-sales problems:

　　3, effective supplier maintenance and relationship development, will analyze through big data，in-depth expansion and operation of good suppliers, while doing stocking according to market conditions.

　　4、Familiar with the advantages of major domestic components e-commerce, will do competitive analysis. Assist sales colleagues to understand customer needs, timely feedback quotes and follow-up shipments to ensure the efficiency of demand and order processing;

　　5、Skilled in excel and other basic software use operation. Responsible for reconciliation with suppliers and finance.

　　6、Responsible, hard-working and strong sense of collective honor.

Job requirements:

　　1.Bachelor degree, majoring in foreign trade English, business English or electronics, English level 4 or above;

　　2.More than one year of experience in electronic components trade procurement, with experience in electronic components distribution industry is preferred;

　　3. Familiar with and good at developing IC agents, understand the domestic IC procurement channels Channel;

　　4. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication and negotiation skills. Good teamwork spirit.
