MES Product Manager Recruitment

Job Responsibilities:

　　1.Responsible for the MES product line business in PCB industry according to the company's strategic plan, decompose different phases to complete the product delivery:

　　2.Responsible for sorting out the business process of MES product line area, designing product prototype and writing requirement documents;

　　3.Track the operation of MES products, and adjust the product functions with the actual field operation

　　Product features to achieve efficiency and cost reduction to continuously improve customer satisfaction

　　4. Ensure the clear objectives of MES products, identify and deal with problems in product projects in a timely manner, guide the development and solve related problems:

　　5 Develop customer communication plan, regularly communicate product project information in various ways to all parties, listen to the voice of the customer to improve the product.

　　6.Teamwork, work effectively with business, development, testing and other teams to maximize the use of team resources to achieve goals

　　Job Requirements:

　　1.College degree or above, 5+ years of MES product manager related work experience

　　2.Excellent logical thinking and analytical skills, able to plan and design

　　Product features, use process and interaction experience, write standard product documentation

　　3.Master the knowledge system of MES project, familiar with ERP (SAPOracle, K3 UF, Dingjie), with the experience and ability to manage medium and large mes projects (at least participated in more than 3 medium and large MES projects)

　　4.Ability to quickly understand the intention of the communication object, effectively communicate ideas, concepts, information, and integrate resources with the goal of solving communication problems

　　5. Have the spirit of ownership: have clear goals and effective plans, and be able to achieve the goals under the planned time and resource conditions.
